Our pricing reflects the level of care, comfort, and individual attention each guest receives. Below you’ll find our accommodation rates, followed by important information to help you prepare for your cat’s stay.
Booking & Enquiries
To check availability please Make A Booking using the button below. You will be directed to our Pet Management System, which enables you to raise a profile for your cat(s) and provide all the information we require to reserve appropriate accommodation for your cat's stay. Please use the comments section to note any specific preference or care requirements.
Select your required dates, ensuring you use the drop down boxes to choose your preferred drop off and pick up appointment times. We are closed on Wednesday for arrivals and departures. If you choose a Wednesday date it will show we have NO AVAILABILITY, please select a Tuesday or Thursday instead.
Once your booking request has been received by us, we will email booking confirmation, with details of cost, Booking Notes and any other Ts & Cs requirements.
No booking is confirmed until the $50.00 non refundable booking deposit has been received by us. Our bank details are shown in our Ts & Cs. These must be signed by way of acceptance of our cattery rules.
We are open strictly by appointment ONLY, if we have no scheduled customer appointments we do not open our gates.
Please do not arrive without prior arrangement. Kindly phone or email if your plans have changed and you need to amend your appointment times.
Opening Hours (By Appointment Only)
WE ARE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - BETWEEN THE HOURS BELOW:
Monday - Friday
Morning: 10:00am – 10:30am
Afternoon: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Please enquire about dropping off before 10am, we are happy for you to do so, but by prior arrangement ONLY.
Wednesday - CLOSED
(NOTE: - During Christmas/New Year we may open on Wednesdays by special arrangement)
Saturday & Sunday
Morning only: 10:00am – 12:00pm (no exceptions)
Public Holidays (Monday-ised holidays and Good Friday opening hours are the same as weekend hours.
Open 10:00am – 12:00pm (no exceptions)
Note: This is our family home, there are no public toilet facilities on site. Closest amenities are situated at Armour Bay beach or at Titirangi Village at the shops opposite iTi.
Christmas/New Year
Please note that we are CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, but will be open on Christmas Eve for arrivals.
On our busiest days we operate under much more flexible appointment times, from 8.00am until midday and then from 4:00pm until 6.00pm. Please enquire about earlier appointment times when you make your booking.
Weekends appointments, however, remain mornings only, until 12:00pm. You will appreciate that we work seven days a week and our family time is very precious to us.

Photos or videos
Keepin Katz may use photos or videos, along with the cat's name, on our social media (Facebook + Instagram), as well as our website. These photos may also be used for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish us to do this, you must let us know prior to you cat's stay.

Collection and Drop Off Service
Available for for customers who live further afield, or who have a busy schedule, we offer a collection and drop off service, anywhere in Auckland; enquire for pricing of this service. *conditions apply
